### ForgotPassword

Password reset: request a link, a check-your-inbox step with a resend timer, choose a new password with rules, and a done state. Also the default export. No props: sample data sits at the top of the file, ready to swap for your own.

## Accessibility

- Never reveals whether an email exists ("If an account exists…").
- Errors use role="alert"; the done state is announced.

- The icon morphs per step; content slides between steps.

## Performance

- A one-second timer only while resend is cooling down.

## Notes for AI

- The "Open the link" button stands in for the emailed link; route your real link to the reset stage with its token.
