Before calling UI done:

- [ ] Built from Lode items where one exists; nothing re-implemented
- [ ] Props match the item docs; no invented APIs
- [ ] Tokens only; correct in light and dark
- [ ] One primary action per region; destructive actions confirmed
- [ ] Loading, empty and error states for every async region
- [ ] Keyboard: tab order, visible focus, Escape closes overlays, focus returns
- [ ] Screen reader names for icon buttons and inputs; status changes announced
- [ ] 375 / 768 / 1280 px: no horizontal scroll, nothing clipped, targets big enough
- [ ] Motion under 400 ms and off with reduced motion
- [ ] Real copy and believable sample data; no Lorem ipsum
- [ ] Type-check and lint pass; no console errors or hydration warnings
