Terms

• Give accurate details and keep your password and API keys private. You're responsible for what happens with your account and keys.
• One account is for one person. Don't share your login or a personal API key with others.
• Tell us at hello@lodeui.com if you think your account or a key has been compromised, and revoke the key from your dashboard.

Free components are released under the MIT License. You can use, change and redistribute them, including commercially, as long as you keep the license notice.

A Pro license gives one developer access to every Pro component, block and template while it is active. With it you may:

• Use Pro items in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including work for clients.
• Change the code however you like inside those projects.
• Ship the finished products to your users and clients.

You may not:

• Resell, give away or publish Pro items as components, a UI kit, a template, or a library, whether free or paid, or in a way that lets others get the source on its own.
• Share your license, account or API keys with other people. Each developer needs their own license.
• Use Pro items to build a product that competes with Lode.

• Pro Yearly costs $129 a year and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment of $299 with access to current and future Pro releases for as long as Lode operates.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax, GST and invoices.
• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A refund ends the license.
• Prices may change for future purchases and renewals; we'll email you before a renewal price changes.

Everything you installed while your license was active stays in your projects and keeps working. You just can't install new Pro items or updates until you renew.

• Don't try to get Pro source without a license, bypass rate limits, or scrape the registry.
• Don't use the service to break the law or harm others.
• We may suspend accounts or revoke keys that break these terms. If you paid and we believe it was a mistake, we'll work it out with you.

Lode is provided “as is”. We work hard to make every component reliable and accessible, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or fit every use. Test it in your product before you ship.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Lode is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Lode after that means you accept the new terms.
